Has the lockdown left you feeling lonely or socially isolated and could you benefit from having someone new to chat to?

Maybe you live alone, or maybe you live with a partner or family but it would still be nice to talk to someone new.

Confidential and independent befriending services to Armenians and those connected with them over the age of 18 years.

This service is provided with your consent and approval to enabled us to listen any concerns or needs you may have which we can try to help with.

The project is funded to help those living across London and can support you in the following ways: 

 

TELEPHONE BEFRIENDING SERVICE

Our friendly, sociable telephone befriending worker and volunteers can provide social interaction and emotional support through regular phone call conversations in Armenian, English or another language you feel comfortable with. This service can also be provided remotely via online via Google meet/Zoom, or WhatsApp video, etc.

 

HOME VISITS

We can organise home visits in line with government guidelines or in any manner which you are most comfortable with for those who feel isolated, housebound or just struggling to cope with the pressures of life.
