Faith and Self Belief workshop

Self-belief is a stable trait that does not change in individuals unless we put in dedicated effort to improve it.

 Developing it brings desirable benefits such as:

*Improved health, because we deal better with stress and difficult emotions

*Ability to set healthy boundaries in relation to family, friends and work.

*Ability to concentrate and commit to tasks.
