John Bezdikian

John Bezdikian was born in Cyprus, son of Sarkis Bezdikian. Sarkis died in 1923 in London and it’s unclear when the family moved to the UK. From 1914- 1920 John was enlisted to serve as an interpreter at  Egyptian Headquarters.  Like many other Armenian interpreters John was awarded the Victory medal. John died in Cyprus on 3rd March in 1989.
